Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us.
Account Deletion
Users can request the deletion of their Togly account and all associated personal data at any time.
To request account deletion, users can:
- Delete their account directly within the app or
- Contact us via email at support@gettogly.com using the email address associated with their account.
Once a deletion request is received, we will permanently delete the user account and all associated personal data, including but not limited to:
- Profile information
- Messages and user-generated content
- Photos and media files
- Relationship data and interaction history
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained where required for legal, security, or operational purposes.
After deletion, the account and associated data cannot be restored.
